Peak Joint Injection pathway

We know some conditions will not respond to physiotherapy, manual hands on work and exercise alone. We offer expert joint injections to help reduce pain, reduce stiffness and calm down inflammation and swelling.

This can help to get you back on track with your rehab and back to the activities you love.

All treatments are clinically proven and performed by experienced clinicians, with a strong focus on patient safety and best practice.

If managing osteoarthritis, the aim is reduced pain and avoiding/delaying surgery .

Peak Sports and Performance Rehabilitation

"Get back to sport faster and better than before"

We have over a decade of experience working with elite sport and amateur sports players.

Our personalised approach will assess the injury, make a plan for return to sport with the use of performance testing in gyms or with the latest Dynamometry.

This includes working as Physiotherapists in Olympic teams such as GB boxing and British Canoeing.

Who are we?

Our names are Marc and James. We take pride in providing honest, specialist advice in managing musculoskeletal conditions.

We both work full time in the NHS working in Specialist Physiotherapist roles. We have years of over 20 years experience working in Private Practice including Olympic athletes and professional sports teams.

We both live in the Peak District with our young families and love being active outdoors trekking, running, climbing, playing racquet sports and golf.
