If you or your loved one would benefit from physiotherapy input, but struggle to get to a clinic, then the home visit physiotherapy service is perfect.

Following a comprehensive assessment in your home, the home visit physiotherapist will ensure that you receive a tailored rehabilitation programme, individualised advice and a clear plan for moving forward.

This can be for patients suffering with any condition noted above. Please note we do not offer physiotherapy for patients needing therapy post-stroke or for neurological conditions, such as Parkinsons.

We offer this service for any area in Buxton or the Hope Valley including Hope, Hathersage, Eyam, Bradwell, Castleton, Grindleford and more.
